POSTER FROM THIS EPISODE
A major accident in a Soviet nuclear plant, threatening meltdown, forces the Russians to ask the United States for assistance - and Airwolf leads the technical team on NBC Universal's "AIRWOLF II" episode entitled "The Stavograd Incident" Part I. The first in a two-part episode was written by Sydney Burrows and directed by Ken Jubenvill.

While on a training flight in the Arctic, Airwolf encounters a radio-active cloud, which the crew traces back to a Soviet reactor. They enter the airspace over the USSR to offer assistance, but the team is arrested for espionage.
