ADVERTISEMENTS
Hawke falls for a beautiful test pilot who has removed tapes con¬taining crucial information from her employer in NBC Universal's "AIRWOLF" episode entitled "Eagles." The segment was written by Edward J. Lakso and directed by Virgil Vogel.

Stappleford Aircraft has won an Air Force contract to build 200 of its new X-400 planes, known to be state-of-the-art flying machines. Lou Stappleford is confident that the crafts his company builds will someday become one of the country's primary defense weapons. Roan Carver is one of the test pilots employed by Stappleford, a beautiful young woman who immediately catches Hawke's attention by her outstanding professional skills as well as her attractiveness. Roan has removed from Stappleford's office several tapes containing evidence which confirms what she knew all along. These tapes prove that the planes to be constructed have a very dangerous design flaw. Her plan is to destroy Stappleford as well as his operation although she realizes that he was the one who saw her potential as a test pilot and gave her a chance to prove it. Hawke is certain that Stappleford will not stop at anything to achieve his plans, even if it means eliminating Roan.
